What is the lead time for delivery?
Our standard lead time is around 5-14 business days for most products. But if it is an urgent order or if you have a deadline to meet, please contact us at hello@abik.store to check on the estimated time for your specific order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not have any express shipping or self pick-up at this time. Our standard lead time is on average of 5-14 business days for most items.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, Free Shipping for certain product promotion (Applies to Singapore/Malaysia/Brunei only)

Do I receive tracking information for my order?
A shipment confirmation that includes the tracking information will be automatically sent to you once your order is dispatched from our facility for registered members. All order status & tracking number will update via email, Please make sure email is correct. For non-registered members, please contact us via email to receive the tracking information.

Where do you ship orders?
Our store warehouse facility is located in Malaysia & China, and we dispatch orders from our facility everyday except Public Holiday & Weekend.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes, currently shipping is available to Singapore, Brunei, USA, UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

What are the shipping rates for other countries?
Depend on product weight and size. Usually shipping fees around 5$-12$.
